📋 Description

• Serve as a Consultant and People Manager within the Systems Engineering unit • Participate in technical client assignments involving Product & Systems solutions across software and hardware domains • Work with systems engineering and requirements at product and system level • Apply Model Based Engineering and follow Functional Safety and Cyber Security standards • Work with electrical and electronics engineering, including power supply, electrical machines, and battery systems • Lead and support a small team of System Engineers delivering customer solutions • Recruit new team members and support, develop, and mentor team members • Support the Engineering Unit Manager with recruitment, business growth, and retention • Manage and support career development for the team • Contribute to technical solutions and sales activities for new projects • Prepare technical customer proposals

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or similar • 8+ years of experience as an advanced System Engineer, Technical Lead, or similar • Experience as Team Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar is advantageous • Fluency in English • Swedish language preferably • Valid ID document for identity verification during recruitment • Successful security screening may be required for defence-industry assignments • Specific citizenship requirements may apply to some defence-industry assignments
