📋 Description

• Develop 3D and 2D definitions of structural components, including single parts, pre-assemblies, assemblies, and drawing sets, using CATIA V5 within the Airbus environment • Deliver design outputs according to specifications, committed timelines, and quality expectations • Perform detailing, assembly, and BOM creation • Work on primary and secondary aircraft structures in metallic and composite domains • Collaborate with onshore teams and the client • Mentor and support junior team members • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality delivery • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and capability-building initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience • Graduate / Post Graduation in Mechanical/Aerospace • Strong experience with Airbus methodologies and processes across SA, LR, and A350 programs • Solid knowledge of metallic and composite aircraft structures • Hands-on expertise designing and 3D modelling primary structural components, including skins, frames, stringers, clips, and related parts • Excellent drawing interpretation skills • Good understanding of GD&T principles • Proficiency in CATIA V5, including Part Design, Aerospace Sheet Metal, Drafting, Assembly, FTA, and Surface Design • Practical experience with Airbus toolchain, including VPM, PASS, TAKSY, CCD, TREND, AIRINA, and 3DJuump • Minimum 2 years of experience working on primary and secondary aircraft structures • Strong background in detailing, assembly, and BOM creation • Excellent engineering skills and thinking • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Airbus certification is an added advantage
