📋 Description

• Address today’s and tomorrow’s People and HR challenges • Support executive leadership teams on strategy, organization, and human capital issues • Collect and analyze data by conducting interviews and facilitating co-creation workshops • Prepare client presentations • Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations • Participate in the firm’s internal activities, including recruitment and training • Work on talent and skills management, HR process transformation, Digital Workplace, and Change Management topics

🎯 Requirements

• Seeking a final-year internship or an internship during the second half of a gap year as part of a business school, engineering school, or university program • Fluency in written and spoken English and French • Strong interest in business transformation and digital innovation topics • Intellectual curiosity and a strong ability to adapt
