📋 Description

• Lead the development partner on Magento and Shopify by writing briefs and user stories, prioritizing the backlog, approving quotes, coordinating UAT and signing off releases • Oversee SEO contractors on technical, on-page and off-page SEO • Review SEO reports, track KPIs and turn SEO fixes into development tickets • Work with the Catalog Manager to ensure product data, launches and promotions go live correctly on both stores • Monitor store performance, site speed and uptime • Manage incidents when systems go down • Plan and track projects across scope, timeline, budget and risks • Run status meetings and report to management • Make decisions on priorities, budgets and solutions, escalating only major items • Serve as the single point of contact between business teams and external e-commerce and SEO partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing Magento (Adobe Commerce) and Shopify stores and projects • Strong SEO knowledge • Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp and HubSpot • Proven experience managing several agencies, contractors or vendors simultaneously • Strong project management, analytical and decision-making skills • Excellent spoken and written English • Organized, proactive and comfortable working with little supervision • Availability to start • CV and short cover note in English required for application
