📋 Description

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements • Prepare and maintain user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process descriptions • Support presales activities including RFP/RFQ analysis, scope clarification, assumptions, risks, and dependencies • Participate in project estimation together with PMs, Tech Leads, and Solution Architects • Facilitate Discovery phases and help structure solution scope and priorities • Manage and prioritize requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Maintain traceability of requirements and support change management • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, product, and project management teams • Support backlog refinement, release planning, and UAT activities • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements and raise them proactively • Communicate effectively with Customers and internal stakeholders • Prepare clear documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other project tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects • Strong requirements engineering skills • Experience with stakeholder management and workshop facilitation • Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC • Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete requirements and structure them effectively • Experience with user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML, and process modeling • Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and basic system architecture concepts • Experience participating in Discovery and/or presales activities • Ability to define scope, assumptions, dependencies, and risks • Strong analytical and communication skills • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher • Ability to work independently and take ownership of BA activities • Experience with complex enterprise, integration-heavy, or regulated projects • Experience with RFP/RFQ preparation • Experience with business-process improvement and workflow automation • Experience with API/interface specifications • Experience with backlog and release governance • Experience with KPIs, reporting, or data-related requirements • Strong ownership mindset • Proactive communication skills • Attention to detail • Structured and analytical thinking • Ability to prioritize effectively in dynamic environments • Team-oriented approach
