📋 Description

• Work with real financial and accounting tasks in an international technology group • Explore different areas of Finance and learn how financial processes work across multiple business models and jurisdictions • Participate in international and management audits in line with international standards • Assess tax risks in a multi-jurisdictional structure and prepare transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking • Prepare financial reporting and management analytics for service companies, delivery projects, investment funds, and startups • Manage corporate expenses, including usage policies, expense control and analysis, and accounting automation • Perform international accounting and tax compliance for different legal forms and jurisdictions • Perform Ukrainian accounting for the group's core service business, fixed assets, charitable funds, and defence-related activities • Collaborate with colleagues across interconnected Finance domains

🎯 Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting • English sufficient to understand spoken communication and participate in work-related calls • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and confidence working with numbers and spreadsheets • Willingness to learn and explore new tools, including AI • Proactivity, responsibility, and a genuine interest in building a career in Finance
