📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Resource Manager to ensure smooth project delivery and optimal team performance • Drive people management activities: monitor team spirit and motivation, conduct face-to-face meetings, act as a coach in people-related matters, support performance reviews, and work with career roadmaps • Coordinate recruitment processes in alignment with business needs • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors • Organize and coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations, and document decisions and action items • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • Experience in people management, including recruitment and team development • Collaborative approach and team-oriented mindset • Positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and improvement • Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
