📋 Description
• Provide legal support for the company’s operations in several jurisdictions • Provide legal support for investment activities • Draft and review agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents • Advise on intellectual property and personal data matters • Assist Sales and other departments during contract negotiations and approval phases with clients, partners, and suppliers • Research and evaluate risk factors regarding business decisions and operations • Safeguard the business through practical legal solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law • 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT • Solid experience in commercial and civil law, including client agreements, tenders, and investment legal support • Expertise in intellectual property law • Detail-oriented mindset • At least Upper-Intermediate English • Confidence in international legal frameworks
