âą Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, time, and budget âą Establish and maintain effective delivery supervision across the portfolio âą Build and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and growth âą Select and adapt project management methodologies to fit project needs âą Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively âą Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders âą Communicate closely with customers to manage expectations and support business development âą Coordinate resources, delegate tasks, and monitor progress âą Resolve conflicts and promote a high-performance team culture âą Utilize project management tools to ensure transparency and progress tracking
đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management âą Experience with public sector or government projects âą Experience with fixed-price projects âą Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management concepts âą Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies âą Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide teams âą Strong risk management, planning, and decision-making skills âą Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Microsoft tools) âą Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills âą Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities âą Ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage complexity âą Advanced understanding of corporate environments and business objectives âą Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level.
