📋 Description

• Shape the growth and monetization roadmap with Marketing and product teams • Improve and create pricing and packaging experiences, checkout, bundles, and cross-product upsell • Make data-driven decisions using customer behavior and competitive analysis • Deliver high-quality releases in a stability-sensitive sector • Take initiatives from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration with Engineering, Design, and Support • Lead cross-functional planning for on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment • Help the engineering team prioritize bug fixes and small improvements

🎯 Requirements

• First successful product management experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Growth Product Manager • Strong experience in SaaS or eCommerce, improving conversion rates and business metrics • Previous background in PLG strategies applied to a large customer base (100k+) with self-service onboarding, free-to-paid conversion / upsell conversion • Proven track record of managing software projects from concept to launch • Understanding user needs in the WordPress community is appreciated • Data-driven decision-making mindset • Eager to progress and learn fast • Deep empathy for customer needs and a focus on real-world outcomes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms • Ready to work remotely, located in Europe
