📋 Description

• Develop production-ready applications • Work with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js across the user interface, APIs, and backend services • Design scalable architectures and make technical decisions • Develop intuitive interfaces and innovative application concepts • Design AI-powered interactions and agent-based workflows • Understand user needs, challenge assumptions, and develop solutions that deliver genuine value • Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering • Use AI purposefully for ideation, programming, and problem-solving • Take ownership of the product, code, and quality of the solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in full-stack JavaScript development • Proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js • Ability to independently develop complex web applications and successfully deploy them to production • Understanding of modern web applications and their components • Experience developing and integrating APIs • Confident working with REST APIs and SQL databases • Ability to make well-founded decisions about data structures and database design • Write clean, reliable, performant, scalable, and maintainable code • Identify edge cases and take testing seriously • Practical experience with Jest, Vitest, or testing in Node.js is required • Use AI naturally in your day-to-day work • Critically evaluate AI-generated results and make sound technical decisions • Experience with GraphQL is a plus • Experience with AI-powered interfaces, AI agents, or conversational applications is a plus • Experience with AWS, Jenkins, Grafana, Graylog, Confluence, Jira, or shell scripting is a plus • Willingness to travel to and participate in workshops, team sessions, knowledge-sharing events, and offsites • A portfolio, side project, or demo repository is a plus for demonstrating technical problem-solving
