• Conduct evaluation with objective to stock of achievements, challenges, and lessons learned • Provide evidence-based recommendations for next phase (2026–2035) • Review EABRN’s work based on OECD DAC Criteria • Consider cross cutting factors like human rights, Leave no one behind and environment
