📋 Description

• Contribute to rigorous, structured analysis of qualitative data produced by the WiLL project • Check the quality of qualitative data (transcriptions, anonymization) • Perform coding of qualitative data (interviews, focus groups) using dedicated software • Contribute to thematic analysis of the data • Contribute to drafting the qualitative sections of reports • Participate in regular team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in gender studies, sociology, education, social sciences, or a related field • At least two years of experience (including internships) in qualitative or mixed-methods research • Proven experience in coding and analyzing qualitative data • Strong command of qualitative methods (interviews, thematic analysis) • Ability to work with large qualitative datasets • Analytical rigor and attention to detail • Ability to work as part of a remote team • Good writing skills • Excellent command of French (written and spoken)
