📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end implementation of Visor.ai for new clients • Configure conversational flows, rules, channels, permissions, and data • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate them into practical configurations • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure aligned and quality deliveries • Manage implementation projects, ensuring deadlines and client alignment • Support testing, training, and go-live • Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients post go-live • Monitor solution adoption, satisfaction, and continuous value • Identify improvement and growth opportunities • Conduct regular operational and strategic meetings with clients • Manage contract renewal processes • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Collaborate with product and sales to define expansion proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or similar) • Experience in contact centers, ideally with knowledge of operations, metrics, and challenges, is mandatory • Ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders and technical teams • Autonomous, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) • Fluent in Portuguese and English • Spanish is a plus • Experience in the banking and insurance sectors is a plus
