📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintaining heat pumps at end customers’ sites and for system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating businesses by phone and in person • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area • Taking on on-call duties to provide customers with assistance as quickly as possible • Working as a Field Service Technician in the Munich region to support sustainable energy solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate required; Category 2 certificate is an advantage • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer focus, and willingness to travel
