📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at residential customers’ premises and for system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to heating contractors by telephone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding your assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service rota with the aim of assisting our customers as quickly as possible • Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC technician (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer • Ideally, further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification • Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and an interest in heating solutions
