📋 Description

• Act as the central point of contact for all first-line information security matters • Manage anomaly detection in collaboration with an external Security Operations Center (SOC) • Analyze and assess incidents • Coordinate cyber incident response • Oversee vulnerability remediation and patch management • Manage and operationally oversee security tools such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, and VPN/SASE/CASB • Oversee security-relevant configurations for endpoints, firewalls, and networks • Independently manage the Digital Operational Resilience Testing programme • Coordinate penetration tests and security audits • Help develop security measures based on threat modelling, threat intelligence, and regulatory requirements • Support the CISO with training and security awareness programmes • Support project and change management for the implementation and further development of ICT systems and applications

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in ICT or a related field • More than 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity • Ideally, experience in a regulated market, blockchain/DLT environment, or the banking/FinTech sector • In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, DLP, and VPN/SASE • Experience with security in AWS cloud environments and SaaS applications • Proven experience working successfully with an external Security Operations Center (SOC) • Strategic perspective combined with a strong hands-on mentality • Structured and independent approach to work • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to colleagues without a technical background • Fluent, business-level English • Good German language skills
