📋 Description

• Lead and coach the engineering team • Develop intuitive frontends that empower both patients and medical professionals • Collaborate with other Product Squads and Clinical teams to translate medical needs into digital experiences • Oversee and orchestrate development across several concurrent projects, including mobile and web applications • Shape the engineering culture by mentoring the team • Own the technical roadmap of the application • Pioneer AI & Automation to increase team efficiency • Collaborate directly with Rehabilitation and Prevention experts • Ensure frontend user-friendliness and benchmark for digital health accessibility

🎯 Requirements

• Strong "can-do" attitude and a growth mindset • Extensive experience in mobile application development, specifically within the React Native ecosystem • Proven track record of mentoring or leading engineering teams • Highly experienced in practicing Over-the-Air (OTA) updates • Actively use LLMs in daily coding workflows • Expert in modern JS frameworks with years of experience in both web/frontend and mobile development • Strong interest in backend technologies (such as Node.js, TypeScript, and/or Ruby on Rails) • Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (like Cypress) • Deep understanding of state management frameworks (like RxJS or Redux)
