• Assume the CEO role in one of the established portfolio companies • Actively shape and further develop the business model • Take full responsibility for the company’s buy-and-build approach • Drive rapid growth through two to four acquisitions per year (Buy) • Ensure successful integration of new acquisitions and delivery of organic growth (Build) • Represent the company in marketing and sales to internal and external stakeholders, particularly investors and M&A advisors • Define and implement corporate objectives • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal policies
• You are willing to invest your own capital in the company (the early equity participation is intended to ensure the management holds a majority stake in their company) • Compelling leadership personality with a clear intent to assume entrepreneurial responsibility • Strong affinity for developing marketing and sales strategies • Several years of experience as CEO of a business unit within a corporation or as an executive board member/managing director in an SME • Comfortable communicating with supervisory boards, investors, and owners of smaller mid-sized enterprises • Initial experience with M&A processes, primarily in the mid-market/SME segment • High performance orientation, hands-on mentality, and a drive for continuous improvement • Confident, persuasive, and respectful communication in business-fluent German and English
