📋 Description

• Define strategic roadmaps and targeted outcomes for clients in a consultative capacity • Act as a data engineering subject matter expert to define upcoming engagements with pre-sales teams • Perform technical interviews for Architect and Engineer candidates • Provide technical guidance to Architects and Engineers • Oversee development and implementation of data standards and operating procedures • Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud-based data solutions for customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in AWS data landscape • 10 years of experience designing and building complex data systems • Experience in at least two traditional data areas: relational database design, optimization and migration; data modeling for transactional and analytics systems, including implementation of industry standard data models; BI dashboards and visualizations; data governance and MDM • Experience in at least two new data areas: big data processing using Spark, streaming solutions, and NoSQL; machine learning and MLOps with proficiency in SageMaker; GenAI foundational models and related approaches and frameworks with proficiency in Bedrock; DataOps practices including Infrastructure as Code, data testing, and data versioning • Experience with at least two of: Infrastructure as Code tools; CI/CD pipelines and tools; Python for analytics and automation, including numpy, pandas, and matplotlib • Strong drive towards standardizing and documenting approaches and solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Current legal authorization to work in Argentina; Caylent cannot sponsor visa or work permit applications
