📋 Description

• Assist customers via phone, email, chat and social media • Answer questions about products and services and foster customer loyalty • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system • Identify opportunities for improvement and escalate when necessary • Recover customers through satisfaction surveys • Ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards • Follow internal communication procedures, policies and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C2) • Good English skills are an advantage • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize, multitask and work efficiently from home • Self-motivated, proactive and a team player • Residence in Turkey (legal work authorization required; no visa sponsorship)
