📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive after-sales support via email and chat channels, with occasional phone inquiries • Resolve customer issues regarding order delivery delays, missing or damaged items, and product exchanges • Execute back-office administration tasks using multiple software tools and CRMs • Engage with customers across social media platforms for specific regional markets when required • Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards across all interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Dutch • B2-level English for internal communication and tools • Strong PC literacy • Proficiency in MS Office • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM (30 WPM preferred) with 85%+ accuracy • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or high-volume support roles is a plus, but not required • Excellent written communication • Multitasking abilities • Solution-oriented mindset • Must be based in or relocating to Greece
