📋 Description

• Support customers with orders, payments, deliveries, returns, missing parcels and complaints • Provide customer service via phone and email • Join an international e-commerce customer service team

🎯 Requirements

• Danish native/fluent • English B2+ • Candidates must already reside in Greece • Valid work permit/right to work in Greece • No previous experience is required; retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage • Availability for rotating shifts from 09:00–21:00 • Initial 8-month contract
