📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and emails from French-speaking customers • Provide technical support for mobile, TV, and fiber-optic internet services • Respond to billing inquiries, account management requests, and service configuration issues including PIN/PUK, roaming, and connectivity • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively and empathetically • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities • Support contract renewals and recommend suitable plans • Maintain high customer satisfaction • Accurately document client interactions

🎯 Requirements

• C1-level or native proficiency in French • B2-level English for internal training and platform support • Strong verbal communication skills • Computer literacy • Familiarity with mobile or telecommunications services • Professional, empathetic, customer-oriented, and target-driven mindset • Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or sales highly valued but not mandatory • Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts • Availability for rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 • Must work from Greece
