📋 Description

• Support customers of a premium home-appliance brand with general customer care • Provide technical troubleshooting • Resolve issues remotely • Coordinate technician visits when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• French: C1 • English: B2 • Candidates must already reside in Greece • Necessary valid work permit/right to work in Greece • Previous experience not required for general support • Advanced remote-assistance roles may require at least 6 months of contact-centre experience • Availability during 09:00–20:00
