📋 Description
• Assist Italian-speaking customers with shipments, deliveries, tracking, claims, billing and related inquiries • Provide customer support through phone and digital channels • Join an international logistics customer support team
🎯 Requirements
• Italian C1/native • English B2 • Candidates must already reside in Greece • Valid work permit/right to work in Greece • Availability to work Monday–Friday, with working hours between 08:00–21:00
