📋 Description

• Provide premium customer support for a luxury automotive brand • Cover roadside assistance, connected mobility services, and general customer service • Assist customers by phone and email with breakdowns, digital services, technical questions, and vehicle-related inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Italian: C1 • English: B2 • Customer service experience preferred but not required • Availability Monday–Friday with occasional weekends • Availability for rotating shifts across 24/7 coverage • Initial contract: 8 months

🏖️ Benefits

• Productivity bonus: up to €250/month • Relocation support provided • Salary increases to €1,100 after 12 months and €1,150 after 36 months
