📋 Description

• Provide customer and technical support via phone, email, and chat • Assist customers with money transfers • Support retail and digital transactions • Handle consumer protection cases • Respond to high-risk transaction inquiries • Work rotating shifts between 09:00–00:00

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent/native Norwegian • English at B2 level • Must already reside in Greece • Valid work permit/right to work in Greece • Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory • Availability for rotating shifts between 09:00–00:00 • Initial contract of 8 months
