• Support customers of a premium technology and household-appliance brand • Handle sales, after-sales, product, delivery, and technical inquiries • Use digital diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues • Provide a premium customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Italian C1+/native • English required • Previous customer service experience required • Candidates must already reside in Greece • Valid work permit/right to work in Greece required • Availability for rotating shifts from 09:00–21:00 • Initial 8-month contract
