📋 Description

• Manage traveler inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding flights, hotels, and travel packages • Handle cancellations, modifications, refunds, and payment clarifications • Address travel-related complaints and provide professional resolutions • Assist with extranet accounts • Respond to customer reviews • Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers from booking to arrival • Work in a multilingual environment using English for systems, training, and internal team communication

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C1-level fluency in German (mandatory) • B2+ English proficiency for training, systems, and internal communication • Customer-first mindset and passion for helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service • Ability to thrive in a rotational shift environment, Monday–Friday and weekends • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Greece • Complete a German and English language assessment
