📋 Description

• Administer, operate, and optimize Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB environments • Lead the restructuring and modernization of the data environment by identifying risks, bottlenecks, and technical debt • Implement and enhance backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies • Perform performance tuning of queries, indexes, execution plans, and capacity planning • Collaborate with Development and Architecture teams on data modeling, query reviews, and the definition of technical standards • Establish database security, access control, and compliance policies • Proactively monitor the environment by defining metrics and alerts • Lead migrations, version upgrades, and environment consolidation initiatives • Document processes, architectures, and runbooks • Serve as a technical reference for databases, supporting architectural decisions across different squads

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a DBA in highly critical production environments • In-depth knowledge of Oracle, including administration, tuning, backup, recovery, and high availability • In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, including administration, tuning, replication, and backup/recovery • Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including administration, data modeling, replica sets, sharding, and performance optimization • Experience working in high-availability environments with high transaction volumes • Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and in a consultative capacity • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Development, Infrastructure, and Product teams • English proficiency: Level 3 • Contractor engagement (PJ) • Nice to have: experience in the financial services industry; knowledge of Redis; automation using scripts, Terraform, Ansible, or Infrastructure as Code; observability with Prometheus, Grafana, or APM; managed databases on AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with OMS, Market Data, or integration with B3
