📋 Description

• Develop modern AI solutions based on Large Language Models and traditional machine-learning methods • Identify and assess AI opportunities in close collaboration with clients • Evaluate technical feasibility and business value • Develop LLM-based applications, such as RAG systems, agents, automation solutions, and chat and assistant systems • Implement machine-learning models across the entire lifecycle: data preparation, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation, and deployment • Build scalable data and AI pipelines in cloud environments • Collaborate with Data Engineering and business stakeholders to develop business-relevant AI solutions • Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and production implementations • Further develop the AI and Data Science service offering • Evaluate new methods and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing solutions with Large Language Models, such as prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and common ML/AI frameworks, such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers, and LangChain • Strong knowledge of traditional machine-learning methods and statistics • Experience with data preparation and with structured and unstructured data • Understanding of modern cloud architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP • Initial experience in MLOps is a plus • Ability to analyze use cases systematically, assess business value, and communicate technical solutions clearly • Strong willingness to learn, with an interest in innovation and current developments in the AI landscape • Confident communication with clients in German and English
