📋 Description

• Stress-test systems through chaos engineering and load testing • Build and roll out an AI Harness across engineering to improve shipping, code review, and debugging workflows • Build complete regional disaster-recovery failover so systems continue operating during cloud-region outages • Ship features end-to-end and support them in production • Investigate and fix production issues autonomously • Conduct market research and run technical spikes to explore solutions • Deploy to production daily and iterate based on real usage • Work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure to deliver customer experiences • Participate in interviews, take-home assessment, and code review process

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years shipping real code to users • Clear writing, with predominantly written communication in an async-first environment • Comfortable with ambiguity • Expected to talk to users and determine what to build • Willingness or ability to work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure • Experience with or ability to learn technologies in the stated stack, including Node.js, DynamoDB, Redis, Vitest, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Astro, Testing Library, Playwright, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Honeycomb, OpenTelemetry, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, GitHub, Slack, Notion, and Figma • Ability to complete a 2–4 hour take-home task • Must participate in video interview stages
