• Provide remote psychological services to employees in the Oil & Gas sector, focusing on preventive measures, emotional support, and assessment of fitness for critical operational activities; • Conduct consultations related to the pre-boarding (pre-embarkation) process, identifying potential emotional vulnerability factors, psychosocial risks, and needs for follow-up; • Provide psychological support and emergency care in crisis situations, offering immediate assistance and making appropriate referrals when necessary; • Record all relevant information from consultations completely and accurately in electronic medical records, observing professional ethical principles and confidentiality requirements; • Prepare technical reports for management in critical or emergency situations, respecting ethical boundaries and professional confidentiality; • Participate in weekly case review and follow-up meetings with technical coordination; • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the preventive management of mental health and psychosocial risks in operations; • Follow clinical and operational protocols established by the organization, ensuring quality, traceability, and standardization of care.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology; • Active registration with the CRP (Regional Psychology Council); • Postgraduate degree completed or in progress in Clinical Psychology, Hospital Psychology, or related fields; • Prior experience in individual clinical care; • Advanced English; • Desirable experience in occupational health, employee assistance programs (EAP), or crisis management;
