📋 Description

• Provide remote psychological care to Oil & Gas employees, focusing on preventive interventions, emotional support, and fitness-for-duty assessments for critical operational activities • Conduct consultations related to the pre-boarding process, identifying potential emotional vulnerabilities, psychosocial risks, and follow-up needs • Provide psychological support and emergency care in crisis situations, offering immediate assistance and making appropriate referrals when necessary • Thoroughly and accurately document all relevant information from consultations in electronic medical records, in accordance with professional ethical principles and confidentiality requirements • Prepare technical reports for management in critical or emergency situations, while respecting ethical boundaries and professional confidentiality • Participate in weekly case discussion and follow-up meetings with the technical coordination team • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the preventive management of mental health and psychosocial risks across operations • Follow the clinical and operational protocols established by the organization, ensuring quality, traceability, and standardized care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology • Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP) • Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in Clinical Psychology, Hospital Psychology, or a related field • Previous experience providing individual clinical care • Advanced English proficiency • Experience in occupational health, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), or crisis management is preferred
