📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of investment data across the CEPRES Platform • Lead global data operations and analyst teams • Drive collection, processing, validation, and delivery of high-quality investment data • Optimize data operations to meet evolving client and business requirements • Establish KPIs and SLAs for quality, productivity, turnaround times, and service performance • Build and develop a high-performing global organization focused on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement • Drive process improvements, automation, and scalable operating models to improve operational effectiveness • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial teams, and senior leadership to translate client requirements into scalable operational solutions and data delivery enhancements • Lead and develop the global data management organization, including data analysts and operations specialists • Standardize operational reporting, KPI definitions, and performance measures • Establish scalable processes and tools ensuring dataset accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timeliness • Optimize end-to-end data management processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost • Drive documentation, standardization, and best-practice adoption across the data analyst function • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security frameworks • Build and run KPI-driven data flow and quality measurement systems for productivity and senior management reporting • Develop capacity and workforce plans aligned with business demand • Oversee service delivery performance and contractual commitments, monitor SLA compliance, and address risks to client satisfaction and business outcomes • Drive adoption of LLMs and GenAI tools to improve data quality, automation, and decision-making • Partner with technology, product, and business leadership to prioritize data initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality delivery • Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards • Measure and improve data quality, consistency, and completeness • Implement data governance policies, data access controls, and lineage tracking • Serve as a strategic partner to product, engineering, commercial, and executive teams • Provide stakeholders with tools, documentation, and training to work effectively with data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent, MBA in finance and related subjects in place • 10+ years of related experience in data operations, stewardship or Data Strategy, governance and/or analytics • 5+ years in a team leadership role • Strong understanding of data pipelines and related technologies and software delivery lifecycle processes • Good grasp of new LLM technologies and practical application to data products and workflows • Proven ability to manage custom, client-facing analysis and project delivery in a financial or B2B environment • Solid grasp of data privacy and security standards in terms of data governance • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and commercial stakeholders • Strong project and operational management capabilities, including prioritizing competing demands, managing risks, and driving continuous process improvement • Experience with private markets or financial data strongly preferred • Background in private markets, asset management, venture capital, or investment data preferred • Proven track record of leading data engineering/data science teams at scale, translating business strategy into a technical data roadmap, and influencing senior stakeholders preferred
