• Grow business within the Service Provider segment, primarily focused on the UK and Nordic countries, through direct sales activities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Expand the customer base and increase product penetration in assigned accounts • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations • Achieve annual Order Booking targets • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce.com and regularly update forecasts • Collaborate with presales, post-sales, sales operations, finance, and BID Management teams • Monitor market developments, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape • Report to the EMEA Sales Lead for the Service Provider segment • Work closely with regional presales, post-sales support, and business operations teams • Travel across Europe for customer meetings and internal/external business meetings
• Strong communication and presentation skills • Proven experience in Microwave Radio Sales to Mobile Operators is a distinct advantage • Solid understanding of sales processes, financial drivers, and customer buying behavior within the telecom/service provider market • Proven strategic selling and negotiation skills • Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders • Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills • Proactive approach to driving opportunities forward • Ability to work independently and manage priorities • Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment • Resilience and ability to remain effective under pressure
