📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of features from design through deployment and support • Build scalable, maintainable systems for evolving product needs • Partner with product to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions • Improve reliability and code quality through strong engineering practices • Participate in the on-call rotation and contribute to operational excellence • Help scale CertifyOS’s core platform and accelerate product delivery • Build high-quality systems, influence architecture, and improve reliability and performance across applications

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building and maintaining production-grade systems • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity • Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and MCP servers • Ability to independently define solutions and contribute to architecture • Track record of shipping high-quality software in fast-paced environments • Strong engineering fundamentals, including testing, clean code, and maintainability • Experience improving system performance and reliability • Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration • Strong code review skills and a mindset of raising engineering standards • Willingness to participate in on-call and incident response • Experience working with sensitive data and security best practices, including PII • Experience with microservices or distributed systems • Experience building data-intensive or large-scale platforms • Familiarity with healthcare, compliance, or regulated environments • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) or entity resolution systems • Experience reducing technical debt through iterative refactoring • Experience improving developer productivity through CI/CD and tooling
