📋 Description

• Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with account teams and clients. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. • Conduct risk assessments and create strategies to address potential issues and challenges. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions quickly. • Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, maintaining effective communication as well as managing internal and external expectations. • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, building an effective and collaborative environment. • Identify and implement best practices in project management, contributing to process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or lead role. • Proven history of managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software, like Trello, Asana, and Monday. • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and conflict-resolution skills. • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
