📋 Description

• Support the Delivery Team in managing AI data annotation projects, particularly projects involving Mandarin and/or Cantonese language data • Report to the Head of Delivery and work alongside Project Delivery Executives • Provide operational support to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard • Assist with operational tasks for setting up projects • Develop project guidelines and project planning • Complete project administrative tasks in line with client and internal standards • Guide remote annotators through challenges and questions via internal communication platforms • Resolve project-specific queries • Perform thorough quality checks for optimal accuracy • Provide daily progress updates to the Project Manager • Proactively flag risks, blockers, or delays • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes • Propose actionable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level; 0–2 years of experience in project management in any capacity • Proficiency in Mandarin, including the ability to read, write, and converse confidently • Possess or be working towards a relevant degree such as Business Studies, Engineering, BA, or another professional degree • Candidates of all educational backgrounds are welcome to apply, including students and fresh graduates • Technical competence in Google Suites, including high proficiency with spreadsheets • Strong organizational and planning abilities • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and reliability • Fast learner, self-driven, and results-oriented • High level of commitment, integrity, and a can-do working attitude • Efficient time management skills, ability to multitask, and manage one's own time • Resourcefulness in problem-solving, especially when tackling new challenges • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in spoken and written English • Project management experience in any capacity is a bonus • Proficiency in other languages is an advantage

• Minimum contract period of three months, renewable upon satisfactory performance • Fully remote or hybrid work arrangement • Option to work from the Plaza Sentral office on Mondays and Fridays • Malaysian timezone working schedule (9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday)
