📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Solid software development experience in digital product companies, such as SaaS businesses and digital platforms • Knowledge of modern engineering practices, such as Git Flow, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and CI/CD • Experience with the automation of unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end tests • Knowledge of monitoring and observability, including structured logs and dashboards • Knowledge of agile metrics, including velocity, lead time, and cycle time • Knowledge of DORA metrics, including deployment frequency, mean time to recovery (MTTR), and change failure rate • Ability to lead a technical backlog while prioritizing technical quality, security, and performance • Previous experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar role • Experience with Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies • Experience solving complex problems • Ability to influence technical decisions, manage incidents, and align technical and business objectives • Understanding of product and design roles, with the ability to work as part of a triad • Ability to develop the team through individual growth plans and best practices • Preferred: experience as both a software developer and a Tech Lead • Preferred: interest in or experience with Artificial Intelligence applied to software development • Preferred: experience in startups or scale-ups, advanced observability tools, high-growth and highly scalable environments, HR products, or product ecosystems • This position is exclusively for people from underrepresented groups, including cisgender and transgender women, Black people, people with disabilities, Indigenous people, and/or LGBTQIA+ people
