📋 Description

• Lead complete data-chain ownership for the Foundation Pod, covering ingestion, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Power BI semantic layers • Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and Gold-certified datasets for BI and analytics • Develop and govern high-performance Power BI semantic models and dashboards • Implement Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and integration layers aligned with the global data strategy • Establish automated data-quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring systems • Develop integrations between ERP/CRM sources, third-party tools, and analytics platforms • Coordinate with the Core Team's Data Architect on platform standards • Optimize query performance, pipeline execution times, and cloud storage/compute costs • Direct peer engineers' work, uphold pipeline SLAs, and maintain technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake (or equivalent Azure data platform experience) • Proven track record designing Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion architectures end-to-end • Expertise in Azure Data Factory pipeline design and data contract definition • Deep experience in Power BI semantic modeling and advanced DAX authoring • Practical experience integrating ERP and CRM source systems into a unified data platform • Strong technical leadership skills, including ability to direct engineering work and hold pipeline SLAs • Professional English proficiency (B2+ level or higher) • Experience with Infor SyteLine or Infor ION integrations (nice to have) • Experience handling regulated or medical-device data within an ISO 13485 context (nice to have) • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep or Terraform) and CI/CD for data pipelines (nice to have) • Hands-on experience with source systems like OneStream, Workday, or Fusion PLM (nice to have)
