📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and enhance integrations between internal systems and Oracle HCM Cloud using Oracle REST APIs and SOAP Web Services; • Customize and extend Oracle HCM using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and/or Oracle Application Composer; • Ensure the consistency, security and performance of integrations; • Proactively analyze technical incidents, investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions; • Support the team in understanding the flows and business rules of Oracle’s People modules; • Document integrations, technical patterns and processes; • Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, integrated deliveries; • Contribute to reskilling and technical upskilling of the development team in Oracle HCM; • Stay up to date with Oracle platform developments and new integration best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, especially in the People, Performance Management and Internal Movements modules; • Experience with Oracle REST APIs and SOAP Web Services; • Experience with customizations and extensions using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and/or Oracle Application Composer; • Knowledge of relational databases and integrations between corporate systems; • Familiarity with code versioning (Git, Azure DevOps Repos, etc.); • Experience in agile environments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; • Analytical skills and business acumen to propose technical and process improvements.
