📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend systems using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot • Design, implement, and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs • Implement data access and persistence solutions using Spring Data and JPA with relational and non-relational databases • Develop and maintain asynchronous communication and event-driven integrations using Kafka and RabbitMQ • Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito • Apply security and performance best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver software • Contribute to CI/CD processes using Docker and Kubernetes • Monitor application health, performance, and reliability using observability tools such as New Relic • Apply clean code, design patterns, and software engineering best practices • Build and improve scalable backend systems for a B2B e-commerce platform in the alcoholic beverage industry operating across 40 countries

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java and associated frameworks, particularly Spring and Spring Boot • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and persistence concepts • Knowledge of messaging and asynchronous communication systems, such as Kafka and RabbitMQ • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, including JUnit and Mockito • Proficiency in CI/CD practices and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms fundamentals, and problem-solving techniques • Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and software development best practices • Understanding of regression, smoke, stress, unit, integration, automated, and end-to-end testing methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and international teams • Proactive mindset, ownership, and continuous improvement approach • Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency
