📋 Description

• Rapidly conceptualize and prototype new digital product features across multiple product areas • Design interaction flows and UI concepts for customer-facing and dealership-facing touchpoints • Build low-to-high fidelity interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder sessions • Work with Technical Architects to validate the technical feasibility of proposed UX solutions • Establish design patterns and UI guardrails aligned with the client's design system standards • Ensure smooth handoff of validated concepts to downstream delivery pod designers • Collaborate with Digital Strategists, User Researchers, Service Designers, and Technical Architects • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers across the UK and US • Translate research insights and strategic thinking into tangible, testable product concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating concept-led design, interaction design, and prototyping across complex digital products • Strong prototyping skills, from sketches and wireframes through to high-fidelity interactive prototypes • Ability to translate abstract strategic opportunities and research insights into clear, user-centered design concepts • Experience collaborating with technical architects or engineers to assess design feasibility • Strong visual communication skills • Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where designs are tested and iterated • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data-heavy product environments • Familiarity with automotive retail, dealership workflows, or operational back-office software • Experience contributing to or extending an established design system • Proficiency in Figma and Miro • Prior experience working within a strategic or discovery-phase team ahead of a major product build
