📋 Description

• Drive user adoption, engagement, and change management for a portfolio of enterprise digital products • Own the adoption and change strategy end to end, defining success measures and prioritized actions • Build the product desirability strategy with the GPM, Product Owner, Digital Strategist, and Lead Designer • Define and run the AARRR framework • Set up and monitor KPI tracking for usage, adherence, adoption, and simplification • Produce regular adoption reports and present insights and recommendations to product and business stakeholders • Map and prioritize features by persona, region, segment, and offering • Coordinate with PMs, Designers, and Tech Leads to prioritize actions and features • Identify and reduce friction across user journeys • Plan and execute communication and training for product rollouts, including communication calendars, reusable templates, and targeted adoption campaigns • Engage directly with end users to collect feedback, understand their needs, and build product advocacy • Work in a SAFe/Agile environment alongside the GPM, Product Owners, Digital Strategist, Lead Designer, RTE, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent French (required) • Fluent English for day-to-day work with global stakeholders • Proven experience in product adoption, change management, digital transformation, or customer success for digital products in a corporate environment • Hands-on experience defining and tracking product KPIs and turning data into clear, actionable reports for different audiences • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Piano, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, or similar • Knowledge of product growth frameworks such as AARRR and the Kano model • Experience planning communication and training campaigns for large, distributed user bases • Comfortable working in Agile/SAFe environments with multiple product and business stakeholders • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence prioritization without direct authority • Nice to have: background in UX research, service design, or digital marketing • Nice to have: experience working with multinational clients across different regions and cultures
