📋 Description

• Design and deliver reliable integration solutions in a global B2B e-commerce environment • Connect partner ERP, CRM, OMS, and WMS systems of record to a downstream omnichannel commerce platform • Own end-to-end data integration flows for commercial, customer, product, pricing, inventory, order, and fulfillment data • Refine and enhance integration development and operations practices • Solve production problems and create effective solutions during incidents and hypercare windows • Deliver high-quality, well-tested, observable integrations using logging, distributed tracing, alerting, and runbooks • Own assigned partners' full delivery lifecycle, including onboarding, build, deployment, hypercare, and steady-state operation • Participate in a rotating 24/7 L3 on-call schedule with 24-hour shifts • Handle escalations from the dedicated L1/L2 operations team • Serve as a trusted technical point of contact for partner teams throughout the lifecycle • Use AI coding agents as a primary daily delivery tool and critically evaluate generated output

🎯 Requirements

• Senior experience designing, delivering, and operating integrations between enterprise systems of record (ERP/CRM) and downstream commerce/omnichannel platforms • Strong knowledge of end-to-end data integration: extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, ingestion, and delivery • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks and event streaming, SFTP/file exchange, middleware/iPaaS, ETL/ELT, and batch processing • Java backend • Azure Data Factory • REST API • Spring Boot, including Spring MVC and Spring Security, with production-depth • RabbitMQ or equivalent message brokers • PostgreSQL • Docker and Kubernetes • Testing with JUnit and E2E • Observability discipline: logging, distributed tracing, alerting, and runbooks • Customer-facing maturity and comfort owning conversations with partner technical teams across the lifecycle • Ability to work under pressure during production incidents, hypercare windows, and customer-visible outages • Ability to make technical decisions with incomplete information • Required daily, fluent use of AI coding agents as a primary delivery tool, with critical evaluation of AI output • Advanced English, fluent in technical meetings with external stakeholders
