📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize semantic data models in Tableau to support self-service analytics and enterprise reporting. • Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and datasets, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance. • Partner with data engineering teams to define and validate data pipelines in Databricks and ensure seamless integration with BI models. • Collaborate with multifunctional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions. • Drive the migration strategy from Looker to Databricks + Tableau, ensuring minimal disruption and high adoption. • Implement best practices in data governance, performance optimization, and security for BI assets. • Ensure the quality and integrity of data used for decision-making. • Identify and resolve data and dashboard performance issues. • Familiarity with Looker for data visualization, reporting, and analytics is highly desirable but not essential.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in developing dashboards in Tableau. • Consolidated experience with Data Visualisation. • Solid knowledge of SQL and manipulation of large volumes of data. • Solid foundation in Dimensional Data Modelling. • Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies and data integration tools. • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data to generate clear and understandable reports. • Advanced English is essential.
