📋 Description

• Serve as a key developer within CI&T teams • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and delivery • Evaluate emerging technologies and their impact on the technology roadmap • Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards • Implement performance tuning strategies • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and support rapid deployment cycles • Research and implement cutting-edge development practices and tools • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Participate in Agile ceremonies and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in a wide range of programming languages and frameworks, including .Net, C/C++, Flutter, Python, Node.js, and React • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated testing frameworks • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes • Advanced English proficiency, capable of engaging in technical discussions and documentation • Familiarity with open-source projects and contributions to community projects is a plus
