📋 Description

• Design, validate, and evolve the architecture of highly complex loan core solutions. • Define and disseminate architecture and engineering best practices and design patterns across squads. • Lead the legacy modernization strategy, including coexistence, data migration, and cut-over. • Work on optimizing platform performance, scalability, resilience, and observability. • Provide technical leadership, mentor and train software architects in squads, supporting the team's technical and behavioral development. • Participate in technical reviews, ADRs, and foundational architectural decisions together with the Principal Engineer. • Support quality, security, and technical governance initiatives aligned with the banking regulatory context. • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation plans with business and technology stakeholders. • Support management of the technical team by providing direction and guidance on task execution and career development.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience working as a solutions architect or technical lead on high-complexity, mission-critical projects. • Strong knowledge of .NET and designing microservices and production-grade APIs. • Advanced experience with Oracle and large-scale data modeling. • Proven experience with distributed architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems. • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka and/or RabbitMQ) in high-volume transactional environments. • Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS. • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting for distributed systems. • Technical leadership capabilities, mentoring architects, and making architectural decisions. • Experience in agile and multi-squad environments. • Hands-on technical leadership approach with strong engineering and development skills, contributing directly to design decisions, PoCs, and code reviews when needed.
