📋 Description
• Lead and manage financial operations across Client's Packaging vertical in the APAC region • Drive financial performance and optimize profitability • Support decision-making processes • Ensure alignment of financial strategies with the overall business objectives
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record in a commercial finance role • Minimum of 10 years in a finance position within a multinational or regional organization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders • Excellent leadership and people management skills • Experience leading diverse teams across geographies • Proficiency in financial software tools (e.g. One Stream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI) • Advanced Excel skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • MBA or relevant professional certification (CMA, CPA) is preferred
